Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) are the nominated guarantee repair service provider for Lamona appliances. GDHA were awarded the Domestic and General's Total Excellence and Quality Customer Care Award three years in a row.

The service includes:

• On hand operators to answer your call every day, except Christmas Day and Easter Sunday
• Calls to the service centre answered within 10 seconds
• Appointments to undertake functional repairs within two days of a call
• Fully trained engineers to ensure you receive fast and reliable service
